Hey sister! As a sacred spaceholder and yoga instructor, I use my knowledge of holistic healing modalities to assist women like you who are craving to deepen their connection with self and grow on their spiritual journey. My healing journey began once I transitioned into motherhood in 2018. During this time, I began to experience anxiety and postpartum depression that lead to feelings of isolation and loneliness. As time progressed, I longed for a community of women that had similar experiences regardless if they were a mother or not. After having my second child and working in a stressful work environment, I decided to commit to my healing and began practices such as yoga and meditation in efforts to maintain my mental health.

When women come together in a supportive and nurturing environment, magic happens. The power of sisterhood allows us to share our stories, release our burdens, and uplift each other in ways that transform our lives. At the Sacred Feminine Awakening Retreat, you will find a circle of like-minded women, each on her own unique journey but united by a common goal: to heal, grow, and reconnect with their true selves. In this sacred space, you will experience the profound impact of collective healing, where every laugh, every tear, and every moment of vulnerability is met with compassion and understanding.

  • A typical day includes morning yoga, breakfast, workshops or free time, lunch, afternoon yoga or meditation, dinner, and evening activities.

  • No, all activities are optional. You are free to participate as much or as little as you like.

  • Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, toiletries, and any personal items you may need. A detailed packing list will be provided upon booking.

  • Detailed directions and transportation options (such as nearest airports and shuttle services) will be provided upon booking.

  • Flight costs are not included in the retreat booking. Airport transfer is available upon request.
