At Mind Body & Movement, we provide practices of self-acceptance and love to help you discover the new woman you’ve become. My own journey through childhood trauma taught me the importance of healing. With effective journaling prompts, intentional movement, and sound bath meditation, I guide you on your healing journey, offering emotional support every step of the way.
In addition to healing practices, we create a nurturing community where women can share their experiences and support each other. Our women’s circles and retreats are designed to foster deep connections and build a supportive village. Together, we explore holistic healing modalities that empower you to embrace your true self and live authentically. Hey sister! As a sacred spaceholder and yoga instructor, I use my knowledge of holistic healing modalities to assist women like you who are craving to deepen their connection with self and grow on their spiritual journey. My healing journey began once I transitioned into motherhood in 2018. During this time, I began to experience anxiety and postpartum depression that lead to feelings of isolation and loneliness. As time progressed, I longed for a community of women that had similar experiences regardless if they were a mother or not. After having my second child and working in a stressful work environment, I decided to commit to my healing and began practices such as yoga and meditation in efforts to maintain my mental health.

Hosted 17 monthly gatherings for when to find healing through community with 148 Women’s Circle Participants and counting

Women’s Healing Circle
This is a monthly event where we gather in a space of healing and vulnerability. Each Women’s Circle focuses on a particular subject to assist each woman on their healing journey and create community amongst one another. Each circle includes guided journaling, somatic movement, sound bath meditation and supportive discussion.
