Mind Body and Movement is dedicated to supporting women and mothers as they navigate their spiritual paths. My mission is to create a nurturing environment where you can transition from feelings of overwhelm and anxiety to a place of deep self-connection and empowerment. Through the power of community healing and mindfulness techniques, we offer tools and practices that help you reconnect with your true self. My approach includes holistic practices such as yoga, meditation, and womb healing workshops, all designed to foster emotional and spiritual growth.

Hey sister! As a sacred spaceholder and yoga instructor, I use my knowledge of holistic healing modalities to assist women like you who are craving to deepen their connection with self and grow on their spiritual journey. My healing journey began once I transitioned into motherhood in 2018. During this time, I began to experience anxiety and postpartum depression that lead to feelings of isolation and loneliness. As time progressed, I longed for a community of women that had similar experiences regardless if they were a mother or not. After having my second child and working in a stressful work environment, I decided to commit to my healing and began practices such as yoga and meditation in efforts to maintain my mental health.

Women’s Healing Circle

Holistic environment with women sharing wellness practice associated with Mind Body & Movement

This is a monthly event where we gather in a space of healing and vulnerability. Each Women’s Circle focuses on a particular subject to assist each woman on their healing journey and create community amongst one another. Each circle includes guided journaling, somatic movement, sound bath meditation and supportive discussion.

Mobility and Flexibility Yoga

Women’s Circle Facilitator Mentorship
